How do I restore my purchase of Remove Ads?+
Open the game, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore your Remove Ads purchase on any device signed into the same Apple ID or Google account.
My save data disappeared. Can I get it back?+
Save data is stored locally on your device. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, your saves may not be recoverable. We recommend using the in-game export feature to back up your dynasty regularly.
The app is crashing or freezing. What should I do?+
Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If it's still happening, email us with your device model and what you were doing when it crashed.
How does the Remove Ads purchase work?+
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that removes all interstitial ads. Rewarded ads (like the option to re-simulate a tournament loss) remain available since they're optional and player-initiated.
